LedgerPaw v1.3.0 live

Small-landlord bookkeeping that stays small. Properties & tenants with contact, State ID and lease notes; rent & expense tracking with monthly profit; maintenance & viewing requests with handyman contacts; CSV/JSON import & export; light/dark mode. Tracked properties show this month's rent at a glance — paid rows glow green, late ones go red with the fee.

New in v1.3.0: extra columns you add yourself on Properties, Money, Requests, and Waitlist — add, drag, hide/show, fill them in the dialog, leftover CSV headers become columns, export includes them. CSV mapping screen. Duplicate rename keeps the old name as name-old. Waitlist has its own CSV import/export. Same data folder as 1.2.8.

Code signing: LedgerPaw uses the SignPath Foundation for code signing — free certificates for open-source projects. The builds currently posted here are not yet signed; signed releases follow as the SignPath program activates. Until then, Windows SmartScreen may warn, so verify the download against the SHA-256 checksum before running it.

StoragePaw v0.1.3 live

Self-storage bookkeeping that stays small. Built for the small facility that big-box software treats like a theme park. Units outlive tenants — the ledger follows the unit, not the paperwork.

• Units. Generate your whole unit list from a size-and-quantity table (10x10 ×20 → 10x10-01 …), track tenant, phone, move-in date and rent per unit. One click moves a tenant out without touching their payment history.
• Billing your way. First-of-the-month or anniversary billing (each tenant pays on their move-in day), grace period before the late fee, late fee amount — all in Settings, your facility's rules not my defaults.
• Rent status at a glance. Paid ✓ on a green box, Due with the day, LATE on a red box with days late and delinquency aging buckets (1-30 / 31-60 / 61-90 / 90+). Last month gets its own column, because a tenant who slipped once is a different conversation from one who never slips. A fresh move-in isn't flagged for last month — the check judges from the lease start.
• Prorated first month. Tick it in Settings and a mid-month move-in under first-of-month billing owes rent × days left in their move-in month, worked out to the cent.
• Soft delete everywhere. Units, money entries and waitlist rows go to a Deleted view where Undo delete brings them back; Delete forever is the only point of no return.
• Waitlist. Who's waiting for which size, since when, and whether they've put down a hold fee.
• Rent roll CSV. The sheet your bank, accountant, or insurance auditor asks for — one click.
• Money in/out with monthly and yearly totals and a running total-owed figure, CSV/JSON import & export, light/dark mode.

What v0.1 deliberately doesn't do: gates, online payments, tenant portals, lien letters. Those come later, carefully — or never.

v0.1.3 — third live test: the Units grid runs in the order that matters (Unit, Tenant, Phone, Due now, This month, Last month, Days late, Move-in, Aging), long notes collapse to a 📝 with the full text on hover, and the Save settings button gets the room it was missing. Size and rent still live in Add/Edit and the rent-roll CSV. Unsigned exe — verify the SHA-256 before running.

LogPaw v0.1.3 live

Keyboard-first daily log. Open it and the cursor is already in today's page. Your log is plain markdown — one file per day in Documents\LogCat\logs — so it stays readable in Notepad forever. Now with its own cat-and-notepad icon, sibling to LedgerPaw's.

• Type. Ctrl+T drops a timestamped line. Ctrl+L starts a todo. Ctrl+Enter toggles a todo done.
• Rollover. Unfinished todos wait for you next morning; one keypress carries them into today.
• Search. Ctrl+K searches every day's file at once and jumps to the exact line.
• Move around. Ctrl+←/→ walks day by day, Ctrl+G jumps back to today.
• Get data out. Ctrl+E exports every logged line to CSV. Ctrl+O opens your log folder.
• Ctrl+/ switches light/dark.
